CW Arrow actress Katie Cassidy looking flawless
Designer Tadashi Shoji (who is super friendly by the way!)
Tadashi Shoji's spring/summer ready-to-wear collection, and not to mention the entire show - was breathtaking, elegant and sophisticated. It was held at The Arc, Skylight at Moynihan Station (rightfully so) and was of course packed with industry professionals, bloggers and celebs everywhere. SN: I found out fashion blogger Pau Dictado was there after the show, since I follow her on instagram. Wish I could have said hi!
I was happy to be a part of it in any sort of way, but being able to work there was totally up my alley. Usually as a photographer for the shows I'm not really able to focus on the clothing, as I'm trying to get the best photos I can get - it sounds weird but that's usually the case. This time I got a chance to glance over my camera a few times and see the flow of the clothing the way it was meant to be seen -- in person. I thought the collection was beautiful and fresh. The atmosphere at the Skylight was also energetic and vibrant from backstage to the show, and stayed that way even though it rained afterwards.
This was my day 3 of New York fashion week, but I have some other shows from previous days I can't wait to post about, they were just amazing! Hope you all had a great weekend, I'll be posting soon! <3
Looks so stunning, the first gown is gorgeous and i love the photography, has such a great atmosphere to it <3
